Poop Hunt!

Poop Hunt ’09 runs this week on the Festivale sim, home of Long Awkward Pose and Tiny Bird mainstores. The sim looks fantastically disgusting for the event, with Tiny Bird’s side of the canal decorated in poop and Long Awkward Pose’s strewn with more toilet paper than a frat house after a prank war. The hunt prizes are in the droppings and toilet paper rolls festooned with fancy ribbons, around 50ish total to be found all over the sim. The prize objects aren’t diabolically hidden, most are quite easy to find, so the primary obstacle will be the unavoidable lag induced by the legion of fellow hunters you may encounter in your quest.

Here I am in several items from the hunt. Tiny Bird has several hairs set out; this one is Hey Jude III and is provided in a fatpack’s worth of shades. The cardigan and bikini top are from two of the Pig prizes. The skirt is one of two prizes provided by Vanitas Vesture. The poses in this post are from two of the Long Awkward Pose prizes, too.

I’m wearing a lightly modified Starlight skin, created from Eloh Eliot‘s resource files. I primarily ticked and unticked layers to select my preferred configuration (medium skin tone, lighter brows, eyes A, nose A, breasts A, no freckles, no eyelashes), and reduced the intensity of the abdominal center crease and navel highlights slightly. I added some lip liner to define the lipcolor edge a bit more. I chose brown tones of eyeshadow and a coral lip tint to wear with this outfit.

Chai recently released these Allure eyes, which I’m wearing here in tones Brown 4 and Green 4. Each set of eyes includes two versions (larger pupil, smaller pupil) in both system eyes with optional “soul prim” attachments and prim eyes with “soul prim” effect included. The “soul prim” is designed to help eyes maintain a moist, shiny appearance even in lower-light environments. I don’t wear brown eyes often because so many seem either too light or too dark, but these manage to achieve both depth of color and warmth of light.
